The Alexander Technique is the granddaddy of the major bodywork forms in the past century within the Western tradition.
Alexander worked with some of the most prominent artists, scholars, thinkers, politicians and athletes of his time. At his passing in the mid-1950’s he had revolutionized the way in which personal embodiment was understood.
