Alexander Technique
Developed by the great Tasmanian horseman, athlete and actor Frank Mathias Alexander in order to free his own remaining physical/emotional inhibitions.

The Alexander Technique is the granddaddy of the major bodywork forms in the past century within the Western tradition.

Alexander worked with some of the most prominent artists, scholars, thinkers, politicians and athletes of his time. At his passing in the mid-1950’s he had revolutionized the way in which personal embodiment was understood.
