Analytic
Analytic psychotherapy, also called psychoanalytic psychotherapy, is the original psychotherapy developed by Freud.

Most forms of psychodynamic therapy are modeled on it in part.

The core idea in analytic psychotherapy is that our current behaviour and actions reflect our forgotten personal history from many years ago.

As we learn about these parts of our past we gain new freedom to make better choices about our lives.
