Contemplative Psychotherapy
Contemplative psychotherapy is the blending of Western psychotherapy with Buddhist awareness and mindfulness practices.

From this perspective, a person's ability to be present with whatever arises in the moment is the foundation for meaningful psychotherapy.

Our actual experience, our being-who-are-now, is the doorway to self-acceptance and authentic change.

We all have to start with the place we are in, and yet often it is hard to find the starting point from which we can grow. Contemplation helps us find this starting point which enables positive change to occur.
