Da-Sein

Da-Sein: This is a central concept within Daseinsanalysis and shorthand for our individual way of 'being-in-the-world'.

Our particular 'Da-Sein' represents our response to facticity, but it often contains much inauthenticity and unfreedom.

The goal of a Dasein-centred analysis is to increase our fundamental capacity for a personal 'Da-Sein' that recognizes and works with both its strengths and its limitations.
