HSP

HSP
A highly receptive, highly sensitive nervous system is inherited by about 15-20% of the population.

We term this Highly Sensitive Persons.

This brain and nervous system combination is uniquely sensitive.

HSP individuals are more readily over-aroused and over-stimulated by environmental and interpersonal inputs.

They experience a sensitive temperament, sensitivity to noise, lights, smells, emotions, undercurrents etc.

The scientific term for HSP is Sensory-Processing Sensitivity (SPS).
