Life and Career Coaching
Life and Career Coaching focuses on the improvement of one's personal or professional life.

It involves a professional partnership between coach and client that supports the client's personal growth through powerful questions and concrete practices initiated by the coach and the commitment and responsibility to actively participate on the part of the client.

Through the process of coaching, clients focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully generate results that are both measurable and meaningful.

Life coaching may include physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspects of the client's life.

Coaching, unlike therapy, does not place a primary focus on examining or analyzing the past, instead focusing on effecting sustainable change in the client's current and future behavior.
