Therapy Toronto Psychotherapy Definitions
- Malaise
- A nagging sense that life is quite grey, thwarted and unfulfilling due to vague feelings of discontent.
Malaise is a variant on mild depression and because it enables people to function adequately, often goes untreated. Psychotherapy is effective in helping people lift themselves out of this state.
