Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy
Solution-focussed brief therapy (SFBT) is an outcome-directed collaborative approach to creating psychotherapeutic change. SFBT focuses on understanding what a client wants to achieve or the outcome they would like to experience.

Solution-focussed brief therapy is based on the assumption that clients are largely equipped with the skills to create change in their lives but may need some support to identify and trust these skills.

On some level, clients know what change they would like, and the SFBT process recognizes this while helping to clarify their goals.
