Trance
Trance is a specific mental skill as well as a powerful therapeutic modality.

It draws from hypnosis and mesmerism and allied techniques to help people become more in touch with the wisdom of the inner mind.

Trance is not to be confused with relaxation, hypnosis, or meditation which work on different principles to different ends.

Trance enables us to draw on the wisdom of the subliminal mind. Coupled with ideomotor work it may resolve issues otherwise difficult to access. (SvB)
