Intrapsychic
This term refers to the things that occur within our own psyches and often involves the social implications of these occurrences.

When applied to relationships, the intrapsychic concept is that what happens within our own minds influences how we relate to another actual person.

There are variants on the themes of intrapsychic life. Object-relations represents an extremely developed view that holds tht our earliest experiences of others largely influence our current responses to others.
