Jung, Carl Jung
Carl Jung was an early disciple of Freud who broke with him over the issue of libido. He developed his own version of analytic psychotherapy.

Jung contributed many terms to the language of psychotherapy in his endeavour to revive psychological knowledge lost in recent generations through the tendency to ignore information that did not fit the reigning medical model.
