Kinesthesia
This refers to the sensing of the body through the proprioceptive capacity.


Kinaesthetic proprioception allows us to feel our personal embodiment and our location in space and time.

Therapy tends to put us back into our kinesthetic reality.

This creates a stable condition sometimes referred to as 'grounding'.
