Loss
Loss is a multi-faceted experience where bereavement is the state of loss, and grief is the reaction to loss.

Whatever the loss, death, divorce, job, or other losses the process is the same, only the intensity is different.

Psychotherapy works with both by offering support and validates the grief, as well as contributes perspective to the bereavement part.
