Sports Psychotherapy
Sports are complex hybrids of physical and psychic interactions. Sports psychotherapy improves performance.

The connections between the body's kinaesthetic record, psychic memory and expectation, the sensations of the physical movements and the one’s personal record of triumph or failure have a strong bearing on success and pleasure.

Sport psychotherapy takes into account the cognitive, behavioural and psycho-social skills specific to a sports or athletic context. Clients improve their performance through relaxation, concentration, imagery and reasoning. Intra-psychic communication improves the capacity to release and surrender, thus reducing anxiety related to physical activity, skill and performance in sports activities or sports injuries.
